By signing below, you agree to following as part of your booking:

Participants must be water confident and Instructors should be informed if there are any non-swimmers participating.
It must be recognised that watersports is by its nature unpredictable and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. By taking part in any of our activities, you agree and acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and you accept responsibility exposing yourself and group members to such inherent risk.
Students should be advised to seek medical advice if they are in any doubt of their ability to participate.
If there is any medical or other reason which may require some special consideration or requirements, then you should contact the office to discuss your needs, but it is not necessary to include lists of medical conditions or disabilities.
At the time of the course, we will collect accurate and relevant medical information and a next of kin which is then reviewed and stored only for the duration of the course.

All visitors including clients taking courses are signed in to the club as temporary members for the duration on the course only. I agree to abide by the club rules as published online as part of this membership.
