The Saints squad headed to Pitsford Reservoir on Wednesday 4th August 2010 for some team challenges as part of their pre-season preparation.
Returning to the Northampton Watersports Centre, the Saints players were divided into teams of six, who then faced off in a series of challenges. Sailing - Harness the power of the wind in your sails, sit out and enjoy the ride! An exciting, physical and mentally challenging activity for all. Boats suitable for those with physical disabilities are available.
Windsurfing - A fun activity that builds water confidence, balance and co-ordination. Exhilarating, challenging and very, very wet!
Raft building - A great team building and problem solving activity that encourages group interaction and communication. Can result in getting wet!
Paddle boarding - A very popular new sport. Enjoy paddling around the outside of the reservoir. A great group activity.

Details of some of the activities we can provide are given below:

Bell-boating (pictured) - A long, wide and extremely stable canoe for up to 12 people. This is a fun, safe group activity that is a great way to learn paddle skills and teamwork. Also suitable for those with physical disabilities.
