Northampton Saints at NSC
If anybody was in the club area yesterday they would have noticed it full of rugby players.
Northampton Saints were on a training / team building exercise which included bell boating, canoeing, cycling and running.

Another great weekend at the club
Well done to all who survived the 30knots+ on Saturday.
Hannah, showed the boys the way to go in the Topper fleet in one of the races and also ended up 3rd overall. Oliver also enjoyed the breeze to finish 3rd in the Optimist fleet. Very well sailed.
Chris Larr with various crews! had a good showing on Sunday in the slightly lighter airs after damaging the rest of his crews ;o))
And of course it was windy, so the windsurfers were out there trying to jump everything!
Great spectating, certainly more exciting than the F1 was ;o))
Sunset to Sunrise - Charity Event
Sunday 2nd May
A fun event, open to everyone and all types of wind and muscle powered watercraft, It is run simultaneously at numerous venues nationwide. Whether beginner or expert, entrants are encouraged to set their own challenge for the day, and get as much sponsorship as they can from family, friends and colleagues. It is not intended that everyone should sail all "daylight hours" but to go on the water and have fun with many like-minded sailors.
W4CR
A charity formed by windsurfers to raise cancer awareness and so promote early diagnosis and healthy lifestyles, to reduce the incidence of the disease. And through specific projects raise funds for cancer research, education and support (see Objectives in "about W4CR").
W4CR aims to increase survival rates by educating the public (through the windsurfing fraternity), with an improved understanding of cancer.
